Alright, flist. I need your help.

Who are, in your opinion, the most tough, badass fictional women out there?

Samus Aran from Metroid.

Also, taking the more obscure route, Sarah Kerrigan and Nova Terra from Starcraft.

Sarah Connor from Terminator. :)

Seconding Li's nom. Sarah Connor is like the most badass of badass chicks.

Also Lara Croft from Tomb Raider. Buffy Summers from BTVS. Kira Nerys from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. And there was someone else but I just forgot.

eta: This wasn't who I was thinking of but also Tasha Yar from TNG. Frick I'm gonna have this question on the brain all night now. Hayley Stark from Hard Candy (/obscure).

Is Hardy Candy the one with Ellen Page where she plays the chick who kills the pedo?

That pretty much sums the movie up, yeah.

Ellen Ripley from Alien, Mia Fey from Phoenix Wright, Maleficent, Karai from TMNT, thirding Sarah Connor and Turanga Leela from Futurama, even if she is a clone from my first choice. Oh, and Selina Kyle from Batman Returns too.
