Post a screencap of your desktop right now. Don't close or change anything.

Because the desktop keeps me inspired for Freelancer fic. :|b and, yes, that little blue icon does say "Live long and SUCK IT."

Aaaaand one of all of my Firefox tabs. |D I've been known to have up to 25 tabs open at once. Mainly when I'm iconning and caps are online.

But here (http://traypz.deviantart.com/art/Freelancer-Wallpaper-103346325) is the wallpaper. :3

Mine is less freelancery-y. But then, I hardly ever look at it, anyway.

It may not be Freelancer-y, but it's gorgeous. *__*

Himeji Castle in Japan, from when I was there in August.

... excuse me while I go turn green with envy. I would love to be able to go to Japan.

My brother teaches English in Nagoya. :D

AWESOME. Though part of me is saying that it's probably not all my delusions of grandeur say it is.

... still. Very cool.

It is free room in board when visiting, which is worth plenty in my book! That's the only reason I could afford to go - hotels are Not Cheap.

That's definitely a plus. And I was under the impression that traveling in general was Not Cheap.

Makes me wish I had a TARDIS and sonic screwdriver to fudge up ATMs.

Well, once I'd already paid the plane fare and for a two-week rail pass, I had to do SOMETHING for room and board. XD On the plus side, we only stayed in hotels or guest houses for two nights - the rest I was crashing in friends' (and my brother's) apartments.

I still have a key to the condo in Yokohama and permission to stay there in case I need to go to Tokyo on short notice.

Is that Kirsten Dunst as Marie Antoinette?

It is indeed! I'm ridiculously obsessed with that film and Marie Antoinette herself. She's one of my historical idols. :3

Nice!

... I'm kind of proud of myself for recognizing who it is.
